The fully automatic indicator meter calibrator is a high-tech indicator meter testing instrument developed with unique grating technology, precision electromechanical technology, and leading computer vision technology. It has a novel design, powerful functions, automated calibration process, and is lightweight and easy to calibrate various indicators. Its appearance design is generous and convenient.
The fully automatic indicator calibration instrument includes the instrument body and the computer system.
The main body of the instrument includes: grating sensor, work platform, fixture, electrical control box, servo motor drive, and camera device.
The computer system includes desktop or laptop computers, calibration software (including image acquisition and recognition functions), and printers.
The fully automatic indicator meter calibrator uses a grating ruler as the length standard, and the displacement of the tested meter and grating is controlled by a precision motor. The computer image acquisition system collects real-time images of the tested meter dial and uses artificial intelligence technology to identify the reading of the tested meter dial, forming an error indication. According to the corresponding calibration regulations for indicator tables, draw calibration conclusions on the obtained data.
After starting the calibration, the servo motor drives the grating and the tested meter to generate displacement. The image acquisition system captures the image of the tested meter dial and recognizes the reading of each calibration point. After comparing the dial reading result with the standard displacement of the grating, the various indication errors of the tested meter are calculated, and records and certificate reports are printed in multiple formats.

High precision: The grating display resolution is 0.1 μ m, with an error of less than 1.0 μ m within a 50mm range, and the accuracy is higher than other domestic manufacturers. The motor positioning is accurate, and the data repeatability for verifying the same meter is excellent.
Fast speed: The calibration speed is 0.5 seconds per point, and it only takes 10-100 seconds to calibrate each meter. The calibration efficiency is high, more than three times faster than the current semi-automatic calibration instrument.
Easy to operate: high degree of automation. Quick clamping, no need for dial alignment, easy parameter setting, intuitive display, and easy learning for calibration personnel.
New standard: Strictly implement the national metrological verification regulations. If there are any changes to the regulations, the calibration software can be updated for free in a timely manner.

Software strength: The computer calibration software has a user-friendly interface and is easy to operate. The verification results are printed in three forms (curves, tables, and various error values). The printing format is standardized, aesthetically pleasing, and can be customized according to actual needs.

Function:
1. Strictly follow the latest national calibration regulations for fully automatic calibration of indicators, lever gauges, inner diameter gauges, and large range dial gauges (within the national regulations);
2. By setting the parameters of the tested meter, fully automatic calibration of the indication errors of almost all types of special meters at home and abroad can be achieved;
3. Fully automatic calibration of various models of digital indicators, imperial instruments, and capable of calibrating various types of micrometers and spring gauges;
4. The computer automatically controls the motor to accurately drive the grating to the standard displacement, without the need to manually rotate the grating handwheel;
5. High pixel CCD simulates the automatic reading of the inspected meter by the human eye, without the need for human observation, manual reading, or manual sampling;
6. Automatically process calibration data and make judgments, display, print, and save the current calibration records and results, and print records and certificates according to conditions from the saved records;
7. The printed record certificate includes: tables and curves of error data for calibration points, various indication error values required to be measured in the regulations, and calibration results determined according to the regulations;
